So the island needs some drawers and or doors but otherwise...love it

A pretty pale blue is the perfect colour to bring a little charm to your kitchen. Why not right? Sometimes you need a little pop of colour to add some excitement into your home.

It plays on both the masculine and feminine side, goes well with a lot of neutrals and is very calming to the eye.

There are a range of shades to choose from, so when deciding for your home take into consideration the amount of light your space has. If your kitchen is facing large windows you might want to choose a darker colour to ensure it doesn't get washed out.

Here are three blues that are my personal favourites.

1) Mt. Rainier Grey 2129-60

2) Normandy 2129-40

3) Nimbus Grey 2131-50

A pale smokey blue never goes out of style and could very well be that unexpected surprise that your kitchen needed.
