Today I wanted to look at simple yet beautiful spaces and discuss what makes them special without having to try too hard.

The bathroom above compliments the high ceilings by placing the shiplap vertically and using tall mirrors. What makes this space so effective though is its clean colour palette with an all white space and accents of black metal.

Less is more, with the use of simple accessories, fresh curtains and a hint of vintage furniture this space above doesn't appear overworked and really lets the space breath.

Monochrome colour schemes are always an easy way to keep a space looking uniform and easy going, the key to a great monochrome palette is using neutrals like beiges or whites.

Simple spaces work because they don't have to try too hard, it's easy living and a minimal design works well for so many people.
