This simple but effective paint stencil really makes for an eye catching feature wall. It would look great in any room with a variety of colours, its geometric pattern makes it fresh and modern best of all it is easy to recreate.

What you need

-Painters tape

-triangle stencils (2 sizes)

-2 paint colours

Paint your wall in the first colour of your choosing.

Simply divide your wall into even squares creating a grid using painters tape. On one square use its measurements to create your larger triangle stencil outline. A great thing to make a stencil out of is a plastic place mat which can be found at the dollar store. Do this for the smaller triangle as well.

Take your second paint colour and follow your stencils repeating the pattern like the image above. Make sure to rotate the direction the triangle is facing each time.

When the paint is dry remove the tape and voila a simple feature wall diy.

Try out this fun and easy stencil to make an impact in any room of your home. Choose two colours that compliment each other and you are sure to love the results.
